As a Senior Recruiter – Internal Hiring, you will play a key role in building high-performing teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring outstanding talent across the organization. You will partner closely with hiring managers, drive recruitment strategy, and ensure every candidate has an exceptional hiring experience.

What You'll Do

- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for internal hiring across multiple functions.
- Hire Technical Recruiters, Talent Researchers, Account Managers, Business Support professionals, Software Engineers, Marketing professionals, and leadership talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates for technical capability, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
- Coordinate interview processes, manage offer discussions, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.




- Track hiring metrics and continuously improve recruitment efficiency.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives that attract exceptional talent.

What We're Looking For

- 4–8 years of experience in talent acquisition with a strong focus on internal hiring.
- Proven experience hiring across technical, non-technical, business, and leadership functions.
- Strong sourcing, headhunting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for identifying exceptional talent.
