Role & responsibilities

- Lead & Manage Quality Department

- Ensure that all requisite client & API standards are met with regards to quality of products (from sourcing to final delivery)

- Guide & mentor junior team members

- Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.

- Devise and review specifications for products or processes

- Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance.

- Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback.

- Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.

- Implement QMS, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) / Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)

- Implement Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) / Checklists / Work Instructions / Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) /Manuals at all production stages.





- Ensure that the work is executed / delivered as per approved Drawings / Standards

- Ensure implementation & maintenance of all QMS related documents / records.

- Assist in creating & updating QMS / Quality related documents

Preferred candidate profile

- 10+ years of relevant experience in related industry.

- 5+ years of experience of leading the department, managing teams

- Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences

- Interface with technical support internally to resolve issues that directly impact partners
