Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) to manage the commercial and contractual aspects of government and building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, quantity surveying, billing, contract administration, and client coordination, ensuring effective cost control and project profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and rate analyses.

- Manage client billing, subcontractor billing, variations, claims, and final account settlements.

- Monitor project budgets, costs, monthly planning and cash flow to ensure commercial efficiency.

- Review tender documents, contracts, and project specifications.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities on commercial matters.

- Conduct material reconciliation and support cost optimization initiatives.

- Prepare periodic commercial reports and maintain project documentation.

- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 8 -10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying within the construction industry.

- Proven experience in Government Building Projects and large-scale construction works.





- Strong knowledge of estimation, billing, cost control, contract management, and tendering processes.

- Excellent client coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project commercial documentation.

Preferred Experience

- Exposure to CPWD, PWD, MES, Railways, Smart City, or similar government projects.

- Experience in managing projects from tender stage through final account closure.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
