Senior QA Engineer Industrial Production Quality Assurance The "Structural Integrity Architect " and "Process Precision Authority " of our plastics production facility is the QA Senior Engineer in Injection Moulding. From raw polymer resin inspection through high/-speed automated pressing, robot extraction, and final component assembly, your main goal is to methodically create, implement, and optimize quality assurance frameworks across the injection molding lifecycle. Serving as the "Zero/-Defect Yield & Statistical Control Guardian, " you locate, separate, and eliminate cosmetic irregularities and structural deviations.

This position ensures that high/-cavity molds function in perfect accordance with dimensional tolerances and international standards by bridging the gap between tooling engineering, production cells, and worldwide client stakeholders.

Key Duties/: Statistical Process Control SPC Orchestration/: Create, track, and improve automated SPC tracking modules for hydraulic, electric, and hybrid molding equipment.



Track key processing s to create trustworthy process capability indices.

Dimensional

Inspection & Metrology Engineering/: Create and carry out high/-precision inspection tracks to audit precise geometric dimensions and tolerances GD&T; using profile projectors, digital calipers, Coordinate Measuring Machines CMM, and Visual Measuring Systems VMS.

Mould

Validation & Trialling Protocol IQ/OQ/PQ/: Oversee and approve installation, operating, and performance qualifications for newly designed or repaired molds. During test runs, modify velocity/-to/-pressure V/-P switchover points to determine the best processing window. problem Triage & Polymer Root/-Cause Analytics/: Use sophisticated troubleshooting loops to systematically remove structural rejects while directing real/-time problem investigations on the production floor.
