Role Description This is a full-time role for a Senior QA Immediate Joiner at Pineswift Technologies. We are looking for an innovative and experienced quality analyst to join our team. The quality analyst is responsible for developing and supporting the planning, design, and execution of test plans, test scripts, and process plans for projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to perform and validate test cases based on quality requirements, and recommend changes to predetermined quality guidelines. You will be responsible for ensuring that the end product meets the quality standards, is fully functional and user-friendly.

Key Requirement Urgency: Must be able to join within 15 days | Gurugram Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field Experience 5-8 years of experience in Manual QA ( Mobile & WEB)

Must be experienced in API Testing Key Responsibilities Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases to ensure all objectives are met.

Perform manual testing of Mobile Money, e-Wallet, Prepaid recharge, Credit Card Payment,



USSD, and Commission solutions.

Conduct API testing, mobile application testing, and web application testing.

Write and execute SQL queries for database validation and data integrity checks.

Operate within a Unix setting for testing purposes.

Experience of Automation (Java & Selenium) is highly desirable, Rest Assurance, J-Meter

Define test strategies, including what needs to be tested, how, and the associated risks.

Collaborate with external teams to gather and understand requirements.

Design and review test cases, ensuring they meet quality standards.

Utilize tools such as Jira, Slack, and Confluence for test management and communication.

Conduct non-functional testing (performance and security) as required.

Compile and analyze statistical data to improve testing processes.

Ensure user expectations are met and that the software meets all industry regulatory requirements.

Draft and update quality assurance policies and procedures.

Investigate customer complaints and product issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Additional Skills

Be able to work independently, and in multiple time zone

Strong communication and leadership abilities

Experience with agile development methodologies

Understanding of cross-cutting concerns including logging, monitoring, debugging, and security

Knowledge of software design patterns: Creational, Structural, and Behavioural Certifications Certification in ISTQB is preferred
