About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems powering AI-enabled products and enterprise data platforms. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Python backend development, microservices, distributed systems, asynchronous processing, API development, AI/LLM integration, and data pipelines. Having

Architecture level knowledge as the candidate needs to understand the already developed modules and provide solutions on better optimization and help in improving and scaling of the product.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop backend applications using Python.

• Build REST APIs and microservices using FastAPI , Flask, and Django/DRF.

- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable software architecture.
- Build asynchronous processing using Celery, AsyncIO, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
- Develop data extraction pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Integrate PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and external REST APIs.
- Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Fireworks AI, or similar LLM providers.
- Implement structured LLM outputs using Pydantic models.
- Build confidence scoring,



validation, retries, audit logging, and robust error handling.
- Write unit and integration tests using pytest.
- Participate in code reviews, CI/CD, and deployment activities.

Required Technical Skills

Programming: Python, SQL, JavaScript (Preferred)

Frameworks: FastAPI, Flask, Django, Django REST Framework

Backend: REST APIs, Microservices, JWT/OAuth2, AsyncIO, Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka

Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, MySQL

AI/LLM: OpenAI, Anthropic, Fireworks AI, Prompt Engineering, Pydantic

Cloud & DevOps: Docker, Git, Linux, CI/CD, AWS (Preferred)

Testing: pytest, Unit Testing, Integration Testing

Tools: GitHub/GitLab, Postman, Jira, Swagger/OpenAPI

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building enterprise AI-enabled backend platforms.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with scalable data processing pipelines.
- Knowledge of cloud-native deployment and containerization.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Work Model

Work From Office (5 Days Initially). After successful completion of the observation period, the engagement may transition to a hybrid work model based on project requirements and performance.
