The role is responsible for strengthening Kinnect's market presence, expanding our industry influence, and ensuring our work, people, culture, and capabilities are effectively represented across key stakeholder groups including clients, talent, media, industry bodies, and partners. We are looking for someone who understands brands, agency ecosystems, and the dynamics that shape industry perception. Someone who combines strategic thinking with strong storytelling capabilities and has a proven ability to build visibility, influence, and recognition in a highly competitive market.

What We're Looking For 9-10 years of experience across Agency Marketing, Brand Marketing, PR, Communications, Corporate Reputation, or related functions.

Preferred experience in Consumer Tech PR & Communication. Strong understanding of the advertising, creative, digital, influencer, media, or communications ecosystem.

Experience building and maintaining agency, brand, or business visibility through integrated marketing and communication initiatives.

Experience leading agency marketing, brand, or communications initiatives and partnering with senior stakeholders across business, creative, and leadership teams. Exceptional storytelling, content, and communication skills. Strong media, industry, and ecosystem relationships. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. A natural instinct for identifying stories, trends, and opportunities before others do.
