Role Description The Senior Public Relations Executive will lead and execute PR strategies that strengthen client visibility and reputation across media and stakeholder groups. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves managing day-to-day media outreach, drafting and refining press materials, and coordinating interviews, briefings, and events. The role includes building and maintaining strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media platforms, as well as monitoring coverage and preparing reports and insights for clients.

Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams to align messaging with broader brand and communication strategies, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to new business pitches.

Qualifications

Strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, with experience managing relationships with journalists and media outlets.

Proficiency in Writing and Press Releases, including drafting transparent, engaging, and accurate communication materials.

Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and messages effectively to diverse stakeholders.

Proven experience in developing and executing PR strategies, including campaign planning, media mapping, and story pitching.

Ability to analyze media coverage, provide insights, and adjust PR plans based on performance and market trends.

Experience in an agency or communications environment, preferably in a senior role managing client accounts.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru and collaborating across teams in a rapid-paced, client-focused environment.
