Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead this agile project and DevOps team with focus on WebMethods technology based deliverables
- Ensure that the projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet customer expectations
Qualifications and Skills
- Develop detailed project plans, project schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
- Translate project requirements into project objectives and tasks
- Build a solid working relationship with the key managers and account management/ service management in the IT services organization
- Ensure internal service provider deliver all required services according to agreed processes and procedures
- Manage customer expectations, report project status and stakeholder relationships
- Manage changing scope (i.e. change management), risk and project acceptance criteria
- Obtain feedback at critical milestones and at project completion
- Utilise project management processes and method
