Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage high rise building projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

- Oversee site execution, including excavation, foundation work, and Mivan construction.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 15-24 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (building construction).

- Robust understanding of civil project management principles and practices.

- Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
