Role Description The Senior Product Manager role at PInterview is a full-time remote position responsible for leading the end-to-end product lifecycle of the online interview practice platform. This role involves defining product vision and strategy, prioritizing the roadmap, and translating user and business needs into clear product requirements and features.

The Senior Product

Manager will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver seamless user experiences, optimize product performance, and drive engagement and growth. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and user research, analyzing product metrics, running experiments,



managing releases, and continuously improving features based on feedback and data insights. The role also includes stakeholder communication, alignment on product goals, and ensuring that the platform supports diverse interview types and global user needs.

Qualifications

- Product management skills, including product strategy, roadmap planning, requirements definition, and lifecycle management.
- Experience in user research, data analysis, and experimentation to inform product decisions and measure impact.
- Strong collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and operations.
- Ability to prioritize, make trade-offs, and manage multiple initiatives in a rapid-paced, remote environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder communication and documentation.
- Experience with online platforms, edtech, HR tech, or talent development products is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with remote work tools and practices, with a proactive and self-directed working style.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline); advanced degree is a plus.
- Background in or exposure to interview processes, recruitment, or career coaching is an advantage.
