About The Role Were looking for a strategic and domain-driven Product Manager to lead the evolution of intelligent finance and grantmaking solutions within our Financials and Grantmaking pillar. What You'll Do Define and advance product vision by aligning intelligent finance and grantmaking solutions to long-term strategic priorities, including AI-driven innovation and connected financial ecosystemsTranslate domain expertise into impact by leveraging nonprofit accounting and grantmaking knowledge to shape clear, actionable product requirementsDrive cross-functional execution by partnering closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, customer-centered solutionsLead product delivery in agile environments by managing backlogs, writing user stories, and guiding development from concept through launch and iterationElevate user experience by ensuring financial workflows and grantmaking capabilities are intuitive, efficient, and aligned to customer needsIdentify opportunities for innovation by staying informed on industry trends, exploring enhancements,



and supporting secure and scalable platform developmentContribute to future-ready solutions by engaging with emerging AI capabilities and collaborating on opportunities to incorporate advanced intelligence into the product suite.

What You'll Bring 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of delivering software products from concept through launch and iterationKnowledge of financial platforms and product lifecycle management, combined with expertise in Agile methodologies and backlog ownershipUnderstanding of nonprofit accounting principles and grantmaking workflows, with the ability to translate complex business needs into product solutionsExperience collaborating with engineering and design teams to deliver scalable, user-focused products in fast-paced environmentsFamiliarity with emerging technologies, including AI or machine learning concepts, and interest in applying them to real-world product innovation.
