This role is perfect for a data-driven individual with a proven track record of managing and optimizing PPC and Paid Social campaigns. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will take ownership of client accounts, identifying key growth opportunities and leveraging your expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads to achieve client objectives. Your ability to analyze complex performance data, troubleshoot technical issues, and communicate clear, actionable recommendations will be crucial. This position requires a proactive approach to campaign management, a deep understanding of marketing technology, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns focused on lead generation, eCommerce, and brand awareness.

Conduct comprehensive keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and strategic campaign planning.

Continuously optimize bids, audiences, ad creatives, landing pages, and budgets to maximize campaign performance and ROI.

Set up and manage conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) implementations.

Monitor campaign performance daily, proactively troubleshoot tracking issues, and ensure accurate attribution modeling.

Develop performance dashboards and prepare insightful client-facing reports with actionable optimization strategies.

Analyze key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Revenue to drive strategic decisions.

Conduct in-depth competitor research using tools such as SpyFu, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Keyword Planner.

Present campaign performance, optimization strategies, and strategic recommendations to clients during regular meetings.

Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring seamless collaboration with developers, designers, content teams, and account managers.
