Job Summary

We are seeking talented and motivated PHP Full Stack Developers who can independently manage web application development from concept to deployment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Laravel, WordPress, frontend technologies, database management, debugging, and client communication. Candidates should be comfortable taking complete ownership of assigned projects and delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel.

- Design and customize WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.

- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and modern frontend practices.

- Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.

- Manage and optimize MySQL databases for performance and scalability.

- Analyze client requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues efficiently.

- Utilize AI tools to improve productivity, code quality, and development workflows.

- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and stakeholders.

- Ensure code quality, security, performance, and maintainability.

- Participate in project planning, estimation, and deployment activities.

- Take complete ownership of assigned modules and projects.

Required Technical Skills





- Strong knowledge of PHP and Laravel Framework.

- Hands-on experience with WordPress development and customization.

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.

- Experience with MySQL database design and optimization.

- Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.

- Experience with Git and version control systems.

- Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.

- Understanding of website security and performance optimization.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Elementor and Gutenberg.

- Exposure to React.js, Next.js, or Node.js is a plus.

- Experience in server deployment and hosting environments.

- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar development assistants.
