- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Scale campaigns while maintaining solid ROAS and efficient CPA.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, creative testing, and campaign optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable reports.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing professional with a proven track record of managing large-scale Meta advertising campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media.
- Candidates must have personally managed Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising budgets of USD 10,000 or more per month.
- This is a mandatory requirement. Applications that do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
- Experience managing Lead Generation and/or eCommerce campaigns.
