Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Executive, Supply Operations to drive supply performance, manage partner engagement programs, and improve key operational metrics through structured execution and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Supply Ops, monitor and improve key operational metrics (Eg Live tracking, Bus cancellations, DMS adoption, etc.
- Analyse operational & business data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
- Work closely with cross-functional departments to resolve issues and improve service quality.
- Assisting in defining SOPs, tracking, and ensuring adherence & execution
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, supply, support, CRM, etc.).

Ensure adherence to operational standards and policies. Educational Qualification: B.Tech / MBA

Years of Experience (Minimum & Maximum): 24 years of experience in operations,



account management, or supply roles.

What is the nature and scope of responsibilities the candidate should have handled?

- Managed a defined set of supply partners, accounts, or a specific region.
- Handled partner interactions, issue resolution, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Worked with data to track performance, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
- Drove adoption of key business programs or process improvements.
- Managed projects or initiatives with clear targets and timelines.
- Demonstrated measurable impact on operational or revenue metrics
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, MS Office, or Google Sheets.
- Valuable stakeholder management and communication skills.
