Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Operation Planning Analyst to provide Planning as a Service to Retail, Distribution, and Supply Chain functions by delivering technical advice, operational planning support, and engineering solutions. The role is responsible for producing recommendations, analytical insights, planning models, and project deliverables that support business decision-making through Supply Chain Technology.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning solutions, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and operations planning.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Planning & Business Analysis

- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to support operations planning and process improvement initiatives.
- Extract, manipulate, analyze, and report data using databases and information systems.
- Develop and maintain short-term and long-term product flow forecasts to support operational planning.
- Continuously measure forecast accuracy and improve forecasting methodologies.
- Support inventory planning and improve order fulfillment through effective forecasting and planning.
- Develop execution roadmaps to enable efficient product movement across Distribution Centers (DCs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support supply chain planning and business decision-making.
- Plan and prioritize work while meeting project deadlines.
- Analyze business processes and recommend operational improvements using industrial engineering techniques.
- Apply engineering concepts and analytical thinking to improve operational performance.





Blue Yonder Expertise Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning solutions, preferably in one or more of the following modules:

- Demand Forecasting
- Fulfillment
- Order Optimization
- Inventory Optimization

Blue Yonder Certification is preferred.

Stakeholder Management

- Develop strong relationships with internal business teams to understand planning requirements.
- Communicate technical and business information effectively with stakeholders.
- Review project progress and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Support issue resolution and provide technical guidance when required.
- Build collaborative relationships across Supply Chain, Distribution, Retail, and Business teams.
