About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Operations Manager with 3–4 years of experience in high-growth startups or technology-driven organizations. Candidates with experience in category management, supply chain, logistics, last-mile delivery, marketplace operations, or business operations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day business operations and drive operational excellence.
- Improve processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor and improve operational KPIs, including CSAT, SLA adherence, response time, resolution time, and customer retention .




- Manage end-to-end client onboarding and service delivery.
- Develop and maintain SOPs to standardize business processes.
- Identify bottlenecks, drive automation initiatives, and improve turnaround times.
- Prepare operational dashboards and reports for leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Partner with Product and Technology teams to improve internal workflows.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in Operations or Business Operations.
- IIT/NIT graduates preferred.
- Startup experience is highly preferred.
- Solid analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing KPIs, operational dashboards, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
