This role involves managing relationships with SME clients through virtual platforms, providing them with tailored financial solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with small and medium enterprise (SME) clients through virtual platforms.
- Provide financial advice and solutions tailored to the needs of SME clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
- Analyze client needs and market trends to identify recent business opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports on client performance and relationship status.
- Assist clients in navigating digital banking tools and resources.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of SME banking products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and virtual communication tools.
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a client-centric approach.
