About the Role We're looking for a Senior Operations Manager with 3–4 years of experience in high-growth startups or technology-driven organizations. Candidates with experience in category management, supply chain, logistics, last-mile delivery, marketplace operations, or business operations will be preferred. Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day business operations and drive operational excellence.

Improve processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Monitor and improve operational KPIs, including CSAT, SLA adherence, response time, resolution time, and customer retention.





Manage end-to-end client onboarding and service delivery.

Develop and maintain SOPs to standardize business processes.

Identify bottlenecks, drive automation initiatives, and improve turnaround times.

Prepare operational dashboards and reports for leadership.

Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.

Partner with Product and Technology teams to improve internal workflows. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–4 years of experience in Operations or Business Operations.

IIT/NIT graduates preferred.

Startup experience is highly preferred.

Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Experience managing KPIs, operational dashboards, and cross-functional teams.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
