To adhere with cGMP & SOP Compliance in the department and ensure safety & quality of product during manufacturing & packing operation.

- To ensure the safety requirements while working on the plant.
- To receive & follow the instruction from the supervisors and complete the assign jobs precisely. To look after all the activity of assigned area.
- To manage the manpower at shop floor level and allocate job to down the line people.
- To achieve desired production targets (Shift/Month wise) and timely deliver the batches like commercial, exhibit, scale-up, etc. as per the commitment.
- To work for the control of wastage and yield improvement during process operations.
- To do online in process checks and do necessary entries in BPR at regular intervals, update all process records, revision of BMR/BPR, SOP and other related documents.
- To reduce the departmental use of stationary as per annual budget.
- To make required entries in SAP system on time and ensure the same from repartees.
- All time readiness for in-house and various regulatory audits.
- To comply the regulatory requirement as per regulations and to present the facility to the auditors.
- Regular updates on regulatory Guidelines and laws ex.
- EU GMP, USFDA and Schedule M requirements etc. through continuous Trainings.
- To ensure that standard procedures are followed during Manufacturing/Packing.
- To provide on job training to down line people.




- To co-ordinate with the service oriented department likes PPIC, Engineering, QA,QC, RM/PM Store and HR for better planning and execution.
- To prepare & ensure correctness of all document related data as per requirement.
- To provide suggestion to increase productivity and quality.
- To prepare and maintain production documents like log books, calibration records as per its Schedule and preventive maintenance of the equipment.
- To report any abnormalities as and when observed during any manufacturing/packing operation and avoid product mixing & maintain proper product & batch segregation.
- To coordinate with the stakeholders for better execution of production plan and achieve the production target as per monthly committed plan.
- To ensure the final yield of the product after process completion as per BPR, perform destruction of waste & in process rejects generated during manufacturing & packing operation and perform scrap disposal as per SOP.
- To suggest recent ideas time to time to increase the productivity & quality.
- To ensure preventive maintenance & calibration of equipment's/instruments as per schedule.
- To ensure timely completion of all the assigned trainings (offline/online) as per statutory as well as company requirement 25. To maintain the discipline and decorum at the work place to create healthy environment and working culture..
