? Employment Type: Full-time iVentureTeam is looking for a Senior Odoo Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations and deliver impactful business solutions for our global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead Odoo implementation projects from discovery to go-live

✅ Conduct requirement gathering, business process analysis, and solution design

✅ Create functional blueprints, workflows, and implementation plans

✅ Manage sprint demos, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live support

✅ Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and project success

Requirements:

? 5+ years of Odoo functional consulting experience





? Proven experience managing complete Odoo ERP implementations

? Robust understanding of Odoo modules and business workflows

? Odoo functional certification(s) preferred

? Excellent communication and client management skills
