As we continue to expand our U.S. staffing practice, we are looking for experienced Senior Non-IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team.

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates located anywhere in India . The role requires working U.S. business hours and supporting recruitment for clients across the United States.

- The ideal candidate will have proven experience in U.S. Non-IT Staffing , managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for professional positions across Engineering, Manufacturing, Accounting & Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Procurement, Administrative, and other non-IT domains .

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for U.S.-based Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, job boards, referrals, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Recruit for Engineering, Manufacturing, Accounting & Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Procurement, Administrative, Operations, and other professional roles.
- Screen resumes, conduct candidate interviews, and evaluate technical and functional qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers while maintaining excellent candidate communication.
- Negotiate compensation, manage offer discussions, and support onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).




- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and niche skill sets.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment KPIs while maintaining high-quality submissions.
- Stay current with U.S. market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in U.S. Staffing with a strong focus on Non-IT recruitment .
- Demonstrated success recruiting for Engineering, Manufacturing, Accounting & Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Procurement, Administrative, or other professional roles .
- Strong experience managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience working with MSP/VMS clients is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Boolean search methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting client SLAs and submission timelines.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. staffing industry and employment practices.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualified experience.
