- Configure, Troubleshoot and Manage Fortigate firewalls, including policy creation, NAT, VPN, and threat protection.
- Day to day support on Fortigate Firewall technology
- Day to day POC or demo on Fortigate Firewall technology
- Day to day implementation on Fortigate Firewall technology
- Monitor and optimize firewall performance to ensure availability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve firewall-related incidents and issues promptly.
- Configure and manage site-to-site and remote access VPNs for secure connectivity.
- Troubleshoot VPN issues to ensure seamless operations for users and sites.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or a related field).
- Certifications, such as CCNA Mandatory, NSE 4 & Above is Mandatory.
- Experience with network hardware (routers, switches, and firewalls).
- Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols and technologies.
- Proficiency in network hardware and software configuration.
