We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer with deep expertise in WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation), strong knowledge of MySQL, and solid command over Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) principles.

The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of enterprise-grade desktop applications, define architectural standards, mentor junior developers, and ensure high performance, scalability,



and maintainability of WPF-based systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead architecture, design, and development of complex WPF desktop applications.
- Design scalable solutions using MVVM architecture pattern.
- Create reusable WPF components, custom controls, and resource dictionaries.
- Optimize UI performance and memory management in large-scale applications.
- Implement advanced data binding techniques, commands, and behaviors.
- Ensure proper separation of concerns and adherence to SOLID principles.
- Design and optimize MySQL databases, schemas, indexing, and query performance.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best coding practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders for technical solutioning.

Technical Expertise Required :

.NET &

- C# :
- Strong hands-on experience in C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core
- Deep understanding of OOPS concepts: Encapsulation, Abstraction, Inheritance, Polymorphism
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles
- Experience in multithreading, async/await, and task-based programming
- Knowledge of memory management and performance tuning

WPF (Mandatory - Strong Expertise Required) :

- Advanced knowledge of: XAML, Data Binding (OneWay, TwoWay, MultiBinding,



PriorityBinding), ICommand implementation, Dependency Properties, Attached Properties, Routed Events
- Strong experience with: MVVM-Pattern implementation, Prism / MVVM frameworks (preferred), Custom Controls &
- User Controls, Control Templates &
- Data Templates, Styles &
- Resource Dictionaries, Value Converters, Triggers &
- Visual States
- Experience handling: Complex UI workflows, Large data grids and virtualization, UI performance optimization, Dispatcher & threading in WPF
- Experience with: WPF animations, Theming and dynamic UI styling, Localization and globalization
- Understanding of: Visual Tree &
- Logical Tree, Binding debugging tools, UI responsiveness best practices

Database - MySQL :

- Robust experience in: Schema design, Writing optimized queries, Stored procedures, Indexing strategies, Performance tuning
- Experience handling large datasets and query optimization

Additional Preferred Skills :

- Entity Framework / Dapper
- REST API integration
- Microservices architecture (if applicable)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Git / Azure DevOps
- Unit testing (NUnit, xUnit, MSTest)
- Logging frameworks (Serilog, NLog)

Salary : Negotiable - depends on current CTC.

Required qualifications :

- Bachelor's or masters in computer science or information technology or in comparable field of study.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT industry.
- Experience in C# WPF
- A good communication skills and experience in working with global team.
- Person should work in capacity of Individual contributor as well as in the Team.

Special requirements :

- 3 years of service agreement with the company.
