Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide L3 production support for Guiding Care integration workflows and other healthcare applications, including 24x7 on-call rotation
- Debug API calls, middleware logs, and SQL data issues; perform root-cause analysis and apply minor bug fixes/patches in C#/.NET
- Develop automation scripts for configuration validation and regression testing
- Monitor integration endpoint performance and resolve bottlenecks
- Maintain a knowledge base and produce documentation
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during major incidents (incident commander-style coordination)
