- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage buyer relationships, handle feedback, and coordinate clearly with internal teams.

- Candidates should possess Marketing knowledge to support collection positioning, storytelling, and coordination with brand and promotional initiatives.
- Candidates should have experience in fashion merchandising, apparel manufacturing, or textiles, preferably within luxury or premium segments.
- Candidates should demonstrate solid analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with costing, margins, and production timelines.
- Candidates should be proficient in using productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and maintaining accurate documentation and reports.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Design, Apparel Production, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
- Prior experience in a senior or lead merchandising role and familiarity with international fashion markets is an advantage.
