Role Description The Senior Mechanical Engineer will work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to support real estate-related infrastructure and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities include designing and analyzing mechanical components and systems, preparing detailed CAD models and drawings, and providing technical input for building services and project execution. The role involves overseeing mechanical aspects of projects, coordinating with vendors and contractors, conducting feasibility studies, and ensuring designs comply with safety, regulatory, and sustainability requirements.

Engineer will also contribute to R&D; initiatives, optimize existing systems, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and support continuous improvement across projects. Regular reporting, documentation, and mentoring of junior team members are expected.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Mechanical Engineering fundamentals and experience applying them to building services, infrastructure, or industrial systems.
- Candidates should possess Machine Design skills, including stress analysis, material selection, and design for reliability and maintainability.
- Candidates should possess Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills for creating detailed 2D/3D models, assemblies, and technical drawings.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills for planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
- Candidates should possess Research and Development (R&D;) skills, including prototyping, testing, data analysis, and innovation in mechanical solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Relevant experience in building services, HVAC systems, structural interfaces, or real estate/infrastructure projects is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar), and familiarity with industry standards and codes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to work on-site in a multidisciplinary workplace.
- Effective communication skills and ability to mentor junior engineers and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
