Job Responsibilities: Conduct regular market visits to identify current business opportunities. Appoint and develop distributors in assigned territories. Build strong relationships with distributors,



wholesalers, retailers, and institutional buyers.

Increase primary and secondary sales. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends. Execute market development and brand promotion activities. Ensure product visibility and availability in the market.

Handle distributor support, order planning, payment follow-ups, and collections. Prepare weekly reports on sales performance, market feedback, and business opportunities. Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
