Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure student and parent satisfaction, engagement, and retention throughout the course.

Handle student/parent inquiries, counseling, and grievance resolution.

Monitor fee collection, revenue, and branch expenses.

Build relationships with schools and conduct seminars for brand promotion.

Coordinate with academic and branch teams for smooth operations.

Prepare MIS reports, track competitors, and support business growth.

Organize events and ensure effective branding, merchandising, and office maintenance.

Skills & Requirements

Experience in student and parent counseling.

Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and team management abilities.

Business-oriented mindset with problem-solving and time management skills.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Pay : ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
