:

- To lead the QA team of Chakan plant
- To have an in depth knowledge of Press Shop and Welding especially Robotic welding
- To lead the audits those are held in the plant. Like IATF 16949/ ISO; MSES; and any other.
- To have a clear understanding of QMS topics
- To be able to identify the defects in the product and understand the voice of the customer and trace back the problem to the root cause.
- A very valuable understanding of Pokayoke is required and to implement Pokayoke in as many stations that contribute to quality
- To be able to control the PPM of the product and have an extremely robust process of quality gate to not allow any defect to pass through
- To be able to impart training on QMS topics to subordinates and other team members
- To be able to interact with vendors to explain the need for the quality and assess new vendors. In case any vendor is not performing to the required standard, then the same should be highlighted to the management for suitable action.

Main Purpose of JOB:

- To manage control plant quality function toensure 100% quality parts supplies to customer with Zero rejection
- Toccontrol COPQ External PPM within plant targets
