Sansera Engineering Limited PRIME FUNCTION To lead, plan, execute, and deliver engineering/manufacturing projects from concept to completion by managing timelines, budgets, cross-functional teams, and stakeholder expectations, ensuring successful project outcomes in alignment with organizational goals.

/ Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, quality, production, and other support functions.

Identify potential project risks and issues; establish and execute mitigation strategies to avoid delays or disruptions.

Provide regular project updates, reports, and milestone communication to internal and external stakeholders.

Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements, specifications, and expectations are fully met.

Ensure adherence to organizational project management standards and drive continuous improvement within processes and documentation.

Conduct project review meetings and ensure effective resource allocation.

Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. AUTHORITY Decision-making authority on project schedules, task assignments, and resource utilization within approved limits.

Authority to coordinate and direct cross-functional project team members.

Approval authority for project-related documents, reports, and stakeholder communications.





Escalation rights for major project deviations, risks, or resource constraints. JOB SPECIFICATION / COMPETENCY Qualification BE/Diploma/B. Tech or any relevant field Experience 10–12 years of experience in Project Management within manufacturing/engineering environments.

Competencies Solid knowledge of project management methodologies.

Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.

Excellent leadership, people management, and team-building skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
