- Develop Vendor database for all trade packages
- Carry out Prequalification process for shortlisting tenderers for contract awards
- Tender document compilation including but not limited to drafting of Special conditions of contract.
- Conduct Tender techno-commercial negotiation meetings with tenderers & Internal stakeholders.
- Preparation & release of Contract documents.
- Anticipate potential claims
- Restrict impact of claims during contract period
- Proactively controlling cost variations/ extra items
- Identify possible counter claims
- Validate final bill with respect to contractual provisions
- Validate & tracking of contractual compliances like Bank guarantees submitted by the vendors.
- To act as an arbitrator between the company and the contractor
- Ensure proper contractual communications to minimize claims
- Analyze EOT and liquidated damages
- Terminate the contracts on contractual grounds
- Authenticate reconciliation statements
- Resolve and settle disputes between the contractors and between the client and the contractor
- Prepare closeout and closure of contracts
