Role & responsibilities

Customer Master Management (CCA) :

- CCA Head performs Contract Admin.
- Functions including Customer master creation, modification, and configuration in system.
- Collaborate with Planning & Costing, Sales & Operations team to ensure accurate updating in Navision (ERP) & highlight exceptions & KPI reporting for the team.

People Management:

- Lead CCA team and meet KPI for the team.
- Focus on automation to improve accuracy and productivity.
- Train and develop current team members.
- Successor planning.

Quality and Governance:

- Meet governance requirements as group guidance. Meet Top 10 CFO controls.
- Conduct Audits for work done by team members.
- Internal and statutory audits.

Procedures:

- Follow established procedures for customer creations and modification.
- Highlighting contract renewal/expiry cases & rate updates.
- Track portfolio changes, Rate Revisions
- Track agreement/PO expiry
- Confirm back changes to P & C & operational teams post updating in Navision

Customer Relationship Management

- Investigate and resolve customer queries.
- Coordinate with P & C, Operations, Regional teams, and customers to qualify and resolve disputes.
