We're Hiring: Senior Manager / Manager – ServiceNow Solution Architect

Locations: Bangalore & Gurgaon, India

Employment Type: Contract / Full time (Based on project requirements)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager / Manager – ServiceNow Solution Architect with 15 years of overall IT/ServiceNow experience, including at least 7 years in a ServiceNow Architect role. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of delivering end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, consulting directly with clients, defining solution architectures, and leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation programs.

> Note: This is an architecture and consulting leadership role. Hands-on coding is not mandatory. The focus is on solution architecture, client consulting, stakeholder management, and solution delivery leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and lead end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture for enterprise clients.
- Engage with customers to understand business requirements and recommend scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide architectural governance and technical leadership across ServiceNow implementations.
- Lead solution design workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams.




- Drive ServiceNow transformation initiatives from solution design through implementation.
- Manage executive stakeholders and provide strategic consulting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Mentor architects and technical teams while supporting successful project delivery.
