- Analyze business processes, data & user requirements to
- Evaluate implication of suggested changes

- Identify impact areas of existing processes

- Uncover areas for improvement,

- Visualize to-be process

- Ensure requirements are complete

- Create or help in creating User stories

- Obtain end-user confirmation and sign offs in JIRA

- Ownership of the whole requirements

Document in detail - problem statement, as-is process, business requirements and improved to-be process

Work with business users across spectrum and levels like Sales, UW, Operations, Claims, RI & others

Finalize BRD, User Stories, CR’s and other documentations with the help of Business and IT system owners (as applicable)

Involved in Project implementation, Timeline Adherence, System configuration, Review and Testing

Help in post Go-Live user support, Audit points, CR’s etc

Any other responsibility as may be assigned by the organization
