Role & responsibilities

- Develop and implement Talent Management and Leadership Development strategies.

- Design and drive Succession Planning frameworks for key business and leadership positions.

- Lead Organization Development (OD) initiatives, including organizational design, change management, and culture transformation.

- Develop competency frameworks and career development programs.

- Manage the Performance Management System (PMS), including KPI/KRA setting, goal management, and performance calibration.

- Conduct Talent Reviews and identify High-Potential (HiPo) employees.

- Drive Learning & Development initiatives through Training Needs Analysis (TNA), leadership programs, and capability-building interventions.

- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

- Drive Employee Engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.

- Utilize HR analytics and workforce planning to support strategic decision-making.

- Mentor and develop the HR team while fostering a high-performance culture.

- Ensure HR policies and practices support business growth and organizational effectiveness.
