About the Role

We are looking for a highly competent Finance Skilled with strong expertise in SAP FICO, Financial Controls, Accounting, MIS, Compliance, and Statutory Audits. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end finance operations within a manufacturing environment and driving process improvements through robust internal controls and SAP.

Role & responsibilities

1. SAP FICO & Financial Operations

- Hands-on experience across all SAP FICO modules.
- Approve SRNs in SAP after verifying supporting documents.
- Upload and monitor annual budgets in SAP.
- Perform asset capitalization and maintain the Fixed Asset Register (FAR).
- Ensure accurate accounting entries and month-end financial closure.

2. Accounting & Financial Controls

- Review and approve vendor payments after proper verification, ensuring timely MSME payments.
- Maintain monthly provisions and reversals with accurate accounting treatment.
- Monitor General Ledger (GL) reconciliations and ensure ledger integrity.
- Ensure accurate accounting of Debit Notes and Credit Notes.
- Maintain control over Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounts.
- Strengthen Internal Financial Controls (IFC) and implement finance SOPs.

3. Inventory & Cost Control

- Monitor inventory valuation and reconciliation.
- Review stores and spare consumption.
- Ensure accurate inventory accounting and controls.
- Coordinate with SCM and Operations for inventory management.

4. Compliance & Audit

- Lead statutory audit and internal audit activities.
- Ensure timely payment and filing of:

- GST

- TDS

- TCS
- PF
- PT

- NPS
- Monitor RoDTEP and Duty Drawback reconciliations between books and government portals.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and other statutory regulations.

5.Reporting & MIS

- Prepare monthly MIS, management reports, and financial dashboards.




- Monitor daily Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Review vendor and customer reconciliations.
- Provide financial insights to support business decision-making.

6. Team Leadership

- Mentor and guide finance team members.
- Review team deliverables and ensure process compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

- 15-20 years in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Chemical, Metals, Automotive, Battery Manufacturing, or Process Industries.
- Strong exposure to SAP FICO and financial controls.

Qualification
- CA / CMA (Preferred)
- MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com with relevant experience
