Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Senior Manager - CSR Fundraising who can drive strategic corporate partnerships, strengthen our fundraising efforts, enhance brand visibility, and amplify the impact of our programs through effective digital storytelling and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop and manage relationships with CSR leaders, corporate partners, foundations, donors, and institutional stakeholders.

✔ Identify and pursue fundraising opportunities aligned with the organization's mission and growth objectives.

✔ Create compelling proposals, presentations, concept notes, partnership decks, and donor communication materials.

✔ Lead and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

✔ Develop engaging content including impact stories, beneficiary success stories, campaigns, videos, case studies, and branding initiatives.

✔ Support media outreach, public relations activities,



partner visibility requirements, and external communications.

✔ Collaborate closely with program teams to effectively showcase project outcomes, impact metrics, and success narratives.

Desired Profile

✔ 5–8 years of experience in CSR partnerships, fundraising, corporate relations, communications, branding, social media, or stakeholder engagement.

✔ Solid proposal writing, presentation development, and relationship management skills.

✔ Prior experience with NGOs, CSR teams, foundations, educational institutions, or social impact organizations will be an added advantage.

✔ Hands-on experience with Canva, PowerPoint, social media management tools, and digital analytics platforms.

✔ Excellent communication, content creation, storytelling, and strategic communication skills.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Management, Social Work, or a related discipline.
