Purpose/Objective The Sr Cloud COE DevOps Manager / Senior Manager will lead cloud platform operations, DevOps adoption, automation standards and operational governance across enterprise cloud environments.

The role is expected to improve reliability, security, automation, cost efficiency and delivery velocity across Azure, GCP, AWS and related cloud-native platforms.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Key Responsibilities - Lead Cloud COE initiatives covering cloud operations, DevOps standards, automation, platform engineering and governance.

- Define and implement CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, release automation and environment management practices.
- Drive cloud reliability, monitoring, incident management, RCA, resilience planning and operational excellence.
- Standardise cloud landing zone, network, identity, security, backup, observability and compliance patterns.
- Work with application, data, cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to ensure secure and scalable cloud adoption.
- Support FinOps initiatives including cost optimisation, reporting, chargeback/showback inputs and cloud usage governance.
- Manage internal teams, partners and OEMs for delivery, operations, escalations and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical review for cloud architecture, DevOps design, platform automation and service onboarding.
- Ensure documentation, SOPs, runbooks, dashboards and operational controls are maintained and periodically reviewed. Required Skills - Robust hands-on knowledge of Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform.

- Experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab or equivalent CI/CD platforms.




- Hands-on exposure to Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Good understanding of Kubernetes, containers, cloud networking, IAM, security and monitoring.
- Experience in automation scripting using Python, PowerShell, Bash or equivalent.
- Knowledge of ITSM processes, incident management, change management and operational dashboards.

- Strong stakeholder management, team leadership and vendor management skills.

Preferred Skills - Multi-cloud operations experience across Azure and GCP.

- FinOps, cost optimisation, governance and cloud consumption management experience.
- Exposure to platform engineering, self-service cloud portals or automation frameworks.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM, backup platforms and enterprise monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of data platforms, AI platforms or Databricks will be an added advantage.

Qualifications and Experience

8-10 years overall experience, with 5+ years in cloud, DevOps, automation or platform engineering
