About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious, analytical, and process-driven Senior Manager Catalogue &

Product Operations to take end-to-end ownership of our digital inventory, property listings, and site operations across our app and website.

In this role, you will lead a dedicated team to manage daily catalogue health, image and content compliance, promotional pricing, reviews/ratings, and local SEO (Google Business Profiles).

You will bridge the gap between field teams and digital execution, using automation, AI tools,

and real-time dashboards to scale operational efficiency and drive daily business production.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Daily BAU Operations

Lead & Mentor: Directly manage, train, and scale the Catalogue Operations team. Establish daily SLAs, output benchmarks, and career growth frameworks.

Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the primary bridge between city/field teams,

product teams, and central marketing to ensure rapid onboarding of new properties and quick resolution of listing escalations.

1. Catalogue Management, Audits & Quality Assurance

End-to-End Ownership: Oversee property listing lifecycles across all channels, ensuring complete accuracy of content, amenities, pricing, site ranking/listing order, and digital assets.

Strict SOP & Audit Governance: Conduct daily and periodic automated/manual audits to enforce brand compliance, image quality standards, and listing policies.

Hyper-Local Presence: Manage and optimise Google Business Profiles (GBP) at scale for all locations to maintain local search dominance and handle escalations.

1. Promotions, Discounts & Pricing Operations

Promo Execution: Own the setup, validation, and live execution of discount campaigns, tier pricing,



coupon mechanics, and promotional banners.

Price & Margin Checks: Conduct regular checks to ensure zero-error execution of rates, inventory rules, and discount logic across all digital touchpoints.

1. Dashboards, Reporting & Performance Tracking

Daily Business Production Tracking: Build and track daily/weekly operational dashboards (via Excel/Looker) monitoring listing velocity, error rates, time-to-live (TTL), and catalogue conversion metrics.

Reputation & Review Operations: Monitor listing reviews, guest feedback ratings, and reputation quality standards to drive actionable operational improvements.

1. AI Tools & Process Automation

AI Tool Integration: Implement modern AI solutions (e.g., LLMs for bulk hotel description generation, AI image enhancement/audit tools, automated content quality checks) to eliminate repetitive manual work and reduce turnaround time. Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience: 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce, OTAs, hyper-local marketplaces,

or hospitality operations, with at least 2 years of leading operational teams.

Domain Knowledge: Prior experience managing online listings, property onboarding, or catalogue operations at scale (Travel/Hospitality/Real Estate platform experience is a strong plus).

Technical & Analytics Skills:

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP,

Conditional functions).

Strong familiarity with Google Business Profile (GBP) management and local

SEO tools is a plus.

AI & Tech Savvy: Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude for content generation, audits, AI asset generation/editing tools) to optimise workflows.

Soft Skills: Outstanding communication skills, sharp attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
