For a well established Indian co with a turnover of INR 100 crores working towards 300 crores in the next 2 years, we are looking for a Senior Manager Accounts, Audit & Inventory based at Andheri. Person will be leading a team of accountants in HO and plant.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Audit & Compliance Support
-Lead the accounts team in Mumbai and Gujarat
-Assist in statutory audits (GST, Income Tax, internal, ISO, customer audits)
- Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and documentation
- Coordinate with auditors during factory audits and close observations
Inventory & Stock Verification
- Support physical verification of raw materials, WIP, finished goods, scrap
- Reconcile physical stock with books / ERP
- Identify discrepancies and slow-moving inventory
Factory Finance Support
- Support job-wise costing and WIP valuation
- Assist in tracking conversion costs
- Support accounting for rework, rejects, and scrap
Operational Presence
- Travel to Navsari factory (56 days per month minimum)
- Coordinate between Mumbai accounts team and factory teams
