Key Responsibilities
HNI Investment Pitching: Position premium real estate projects to high-net-worth clients by emphasizing ROI, capital appreciation, wealth preservation, and rental yields.
Consultative Selling: Analyze HNI client portfolios and pitch high-value luxury properties (5 Cr+) tailored to their investment goals or lifestyle upgrades.
End-to-End Deal Closing: Lead high-stakes sales discussions, handle objections, structure payment plans, and drive deals from initial consultation to final signing.
Relationship & Network Monetization: Cultivate and expand a network of HNI/UHNI clients across Kolkata,
positioning yourself as their trusted real estate investment advisor.
Market & Yield Analysis: Stay updated on Kolkata's luxury real estate trends, yield forecasts, and project USPs to deliver convincing ROI arguments.
Candidate Profile
Background: 3 to 4 years of experience in HNI Insurance Sales, Private Client Groups, Wealth Management, or Investment Advisory.
Track Record: Proven track record of managing affluent portfolios and closing high-ticket financial or investment deals.
Financial Acumen: Robust ability to pitch investments through the lens of ROI, financial planning, and wealth diversification.
