- Create / revise and review Technical Publications documents and Illustrations (CMMs, CMPs, SBs, AMMs, SIL, T-Files, CDF, etc.).
- Liaise with the product design and manufacturing teams to ensure the maintenance and repair requirements are completely understood to write illustrate in the manuals.
- Develop methods and procedures to ensure Technical Publications Documents are in conformance with ATA/S1000D standards.
- Working knowledge on PLM tools like Teamcenter and Enovia.
- Responsible for applying intensive and diversified knowledge of standards/ procedures to meet the customer requirements.
- Responsible for project schedule and Quality of publications and contribute to productivity savings.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of 6 to 10 authors and illustrators, supporting their professional growth and upskilling.
- Lead and manage day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct regular peer and team-level quality reviews, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with internal and customer specifications.
- Act as a focal point for issue resolution within the team, ensuring clear communication across stakeholders and leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in Electronics/Aerospace Engineering.
- 6 to 10 years of industry experience in Technical Publications with at least 1-2 years in a mentorship role.
- Hands on experience in Authoring (Framemaker, Arbortext Editor, Microsoft Applications and S1000D Applications).




- Good Knowledge on creating and revising the Technical Publication documents per Simplified Technical English standard ASD-STE 100, iSpec2200, S1000D, ATA100.
- Working knowledge of illustration tools (Isodraw), 3DVIA and CATIA for creating and revising the illustrations as Technical Publications standards will add advantage.
- Good knowledge on Electronics engineering principles.
- Familiar with procedures and standards for addressing technical problems pertaining to products/standards.
- Good communications skills.
- Attention to detail and good editorial skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in Air data systems, Aircraft engine sensors Fire protection systems
- Must be familiar in writing Repair procedures, Detailed/Illustrated Parts Lists, Assembly/Disassembly procedures for Avionics Components.
- Knowledge of aerospace product compliance, qualification, and certification.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum or Secure practices in a technical documentation context is a plus.
