Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Java Backend Developer with 6–10 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs, and backend architecture. Candidates should have a solid understanding of system design, object-oriented programming, database concepts, security frameworks, and software engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Build and enhance RESTful APIs and Microservices for enterprise-grade applications.
Participate in High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) discussions.
Develop reusable, maintainable, and high-performance backend components.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Integrate backend services with relational and NoSQL databases.
Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth 2.0, and Spring Security.
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following coding standards.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and production issue resolution.
Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and product stakeholders.
Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6–9 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
Strong expertise in Core Java (Java 8, Java 17, and Java 21).
Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data JPA.
Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture.
Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
Good understanding of High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).
Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
Practical implementation of SOLID Principles.
Strong understanding of Design Patterns (Factory, Singleton, Builder, Strategy, Observer, etc.).
Good problem-solving skills with strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).
Experience implementing authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth 2.0, and Spring Security.
Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and query optimization.
Experience with Git and version control systems.
Excellent analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.

Experience with Hibernate/JPA.
Hands-on experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Familiarity with Redis or other caching technologies.
Experience with JUnit, Mockito, and automated testing frameworks.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Exposure to monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.
