Role: Senior Software Engineer / Java Backend Developer

Project Domain: Sales CRM, RBAC, Enterprise APIs

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to enhance and maintain a large-scale Sales CRM platform. The role involves understanding vendor-delivered systems, designing scalable backend services, improving code quality, debugging production issues, and delivering secure, maintainable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Java/Spring Boot backend services.
- Understand existing codebase, PostgreSQL schema, and business workflows.
- Design, build, and enhance REST APIs.
- Work with generic API routing and service-layer execution.
- Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) using users, roles, groups, resources, and permissions.
- Debug API, authentication, authorization, validation, and database issues.
- Work with PostgreSQL, Liquibase, JPA/Hibernate, repositories, and SQL optimization.
- Integrate backend services with Flutter Web and web frontends.
- Maintain Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
- Support deployments across Local, UAT, and Production.
- Prepare setup guides, API documentation, database documentation, and KT materials.
- Collaborate with QA, frontend teams, architects, and management.
