Senior IT System & Cloud Administrator to join our team in based out of our Kochi location with hybrid work options. If you’re passionate about joining a growing and dynamic team with a company with a positive culture and team spirit, we’d love to connect with you!

Responsibilities

- Support compliance efforts through a basic understanding of ISO 27001 and TISAX frameworks.
- Manage and administer Microsoft Intune for software deployment, policy management, reporting, and device enrollment (Microsoft Autopilot, Apple DEP, Google ZeroTouch).
- Administer Microsoft Cloud services, including Entra ID, Conditional Access policies, Risky User management, Enterprise Applications and Entra Connect.
- Utilize Microsoft Security Portal for threat management and compliance monitoring.




- Administer and support Exchange Online environments and manage and configure Microsoft Teams settings and permissions.
- Configure and administer Windows Active Directory, including user, group and group policy management
- Perform system upgrades, patch management, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline administrative tasks.
- Provide support and configuration expertise for Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
- Monitor automated Tasks and Synchronizations

Requirements The ideal candidate would be a graduate with minimum 10+ years of proven work experience as an IT Administration or similar role. In addition to this you will need to meet the following requirements:

- Basic understanding of network infrastructure.
- Experience in working with a Microsoft hybrid environment.
- Hands-on experience of Microsoft Server 2012 – 2025 and Active Directory.
- Deep Hands-on experience with Microsoft Cloud services, particularly Intune, Entra ID, Azure, Defender, Quarantine.
- Experience managing Microsoft Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams, including administration and configuration tasks.
- Solid experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and streamlining IT processes.
- Strong analytic-troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
