We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Administrator to manage and oversee the complete IT infrastructure. As our operations are fully dependent on technology systems, this role is mission-critical to ensuring operational continuity, cybersecurity, and infrastructure scalability.

The ideal candidate must have 10+ years of hands-on IT administration experience and a robust background in infrastructure management, cybersecurity, cloud systems, and workflow automation. A Candidate must have experience working with a reputed financial services company.

Job Profile:

- IT Infrastructure Management

Manage servers (Windows/Linux), storage systems, and virtualization environments Maintain LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, switches, and VPN connectivity ensure 99.9% system uptime and performance optimization Monitor systems proactively using monitoring tools
- Workflow & Process Management

Design and maintain IT workflows aligned with business operations Automate repetitive IT tasks and system processes. Create IT SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), Manage IT ticketing system and ensure timely issue resolution.



Coordinate IT support workflow across departments
- Cybersecurity & Risk Management

Implement cybersecurity policies and compliance measures. Conduct vulnerability assessments and risk analysis Manage firewalls, endpoint protection, and access controls. Oversee backup strategy and disaster recovery planning Ensure data protection and confidentiality
- Cloud & Business Systems Management

Manage Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace Support ERP, CRM, HRMS, and internal systems Manage cloud infrastructure (Azure / AWS / Hybrid environments) Optimize cloud costs and performance.
- Lead IT projects and infrastructure upgrades. Coordinate with vendors and external IT partners. Prepare IT budget recommendations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- A qualified IT Engineer.
- Typically, 7 to 10 years of experience in an IT support, help desk, or system administration role is required.
- Should have expertise in both hardware and software IT infrastructure.
- Excellent Communication skills.
