Company Description ThinkCutieful is an interior design services company specializing in education and child-focused spaces, including preschools, libraries, learning environments, discovery rooms, active zones, psychomotor gyms, pediatric clinics, and children’s rooms. The team designs spaces for children that are pleasing, pragmatic, and purposeful, with a strong emphasis on safety and functionality. Their environments are crafted to encourage children to think, imagine, create, learn, and grow joyfully.

ThinkCutieful applies the science of color and graphics to develop unique, customized spaces for pre-schools, schools, day cares, children’s clinics and hospitals, as well as residences.

Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead the design and execution of child-centric educational and healthcare spaces, from concept development through completion. This full time, on-site role based in Saket involves collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, preparing design concepts, layouts, and presentations, and translating them into detailed drawings and specifications. The role includes coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent, quality standards, timelines, and budgets are met.

The Senior Interior

Designer will oversee FF&E; selections, color and material palettes,



and graphic elements tailored to children’s environments. Day-to-day responsibilities also include mentoring junior team members, conducting site visits, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Interior Design and Architecture, with demonstrated experience in child-centric or educational spaces.

Strong skills in Space Planning and layout optimization for functional, safe, and engaging children’s environments.

Ability to develop and interpret Construction Drawings, including detailed plans, sections, and elevations.

Experience with FF&E; selection, including child-safe furniture, fixtures, and finishes suited to educational and healthcare settings.

Advanced skills in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in interior design roles with project leadership responsibilities.

Strong communication, client-facing, and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Attention to detail, understanding of ergonomics and safety standards for children, and ability to work on-site in Saket.
