Overview

Pescora Designs is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team in a full-time, in-office capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of design projects — from initial conceptualization through to final execution — ensuring technical accuracy, design integrity, and client satisfaction at every stage.

Key Responsibilities Lead the design process for residential and commercial projects, from concept development through to project handover

Develop space plans, design concepts, and detailed construction drawings in accordance with project briefs and regulatory standards

Liaise and coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is accurately translated into execution

Source, evaluate, and select FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) in line with project specifications, budget, and aesthetic direction

Review and approve technical drawings, material specifications, and finish schedules

Conduct periodic site visits to monitor execution quality and ensure adherence to design documentation

Manage multiple concurrent projects,



prioritizing deliverables and timelines effectively

Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and material palettes to clients

Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, safety standards, and structural considerations Qualifications and Skills Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in interior design, with a demonstrated portfolio spanning both residential and commercial projects

Proven experience managing the complete design lifecycle — from client briefing and concept development through to design execution and project handover

Demonstrated expertise in space planning, architectural principles, and interior design methodology

Hands-on experience preparing and interpreting construction drawings, working drawings, and technical documentation

Established experience in FF&E; sourcing, vendor coordination, and procurement processes

Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent)

Experience coordinating with architects, contractors, and on-site execution teams to ensure design fidelity

Prior experience leading or mentoring junior designers will be considered an added advantage, though not mandatory

Excellent attention to detail with a strong sense of design aesthetics

Robust written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, consultants, and on-site teams
